The Astral Alert content may only be used by the customer for personal and non-commercial purposes and not otherwise copied, published, republished, re-distributed, re-communicated or otherwise commercially exploited in any form or by any method whatsoever.
By subscribing to Astral Alert with your mobile phone, you agree that Astral Alert fees and payments are between you and your mobile service provider and are subject to the terms and conditions you agreed to with your mobile service provider.
You confirm you are the owner of the phone or have permission of the owner to incur these charges. If you are under 18 you confirm that you have parental permission and consent to incur these charges.
Astral Alert accepts no liability for any loss or damage as a result of a delay in receiving Astral Alert content or not being secure or not received. Content may be suspended, changed or terminated without notice.
Astral Alert will endeavor to provide current, accurate information but makes no warranty regarding the timely delivery, currency or accuracy of any information provided to you as part of the Astral Alert service.
You should not rely on any information provided to you as part of the Astral Alert service without independent advice.
Astral Alert will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of reliance upon any information received.
Material contained in Astral Alert content may be considered offensive and may not be suitable for minors and others. Astral Alert will not be liable for content customers may find offensive or explicit. Use of Astral Alert services, including content from third-party suppliers, is solely at customers undertaking.
Astral Alert has source the Astral Alert content from third party suppliers and Astral Alert makes no representation or warranty: about the operation, functionality or features of the content; or in relation to the compatibility of the content with any other software or equipment; or that the content will be free of all defects, errors, viruses, bugs or similar harmful device.
You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Service, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.
This Agreement is entered into Toronto, Canada. You agree that it will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of the Province of Ontario. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
