How do I get horoscopes on my cell phone?

Its easy. Using your cell phone, text the word ASTRO to 36363. You will get a response from us asking for your birth date. Once you have replied to it you'll start getting your messages as soon as there is an astral event occurring in your personalized birth chart.

How do I enter my birth date?

You will be asked to submit your birth date in the following format: MMDDYYYY. So if your birth date is January 21 1980 , you would text back 01211980.

Will this work on my cell phone?

Almost all cellular phones in the United States and Canada can send and receive text messages. If you haven't done it yet, contact your carrier to make sure your phone is compatible. Most carriers let you send text messages from their web site. You can test your phone that way too.

What is the cost of an Astral Alert text message?

Astral Alert is a monthly subscription service for $7.99/month charged to your mobile phone.

How do I pay for it?

The Astral Alert will be charged on your mobile carrier's bill just like a long distance call. You will be billed once per month on your billing date. Your billing date is the day of the month you originally subscribed.

How often will I receive the text messages?

Your personalized horoscope is based on your individualized birth chart. The Astral Alert only notifies you of the most significant events occurring in your own birth chart. On average, you can expect about 15-20 personalized forecasts a month.

How do I unsubscribe from the text messages?

You can cancel anytime using your phone by texting STOP to 36363.

Can I change the phone number I get my Astral Alerts on?

Yes. Just text STOP to 36363 from your current phone. Then re-subscribe your new phone by texting ASTRO to 36363 and follow the prompts.

Can I get the service on my Pre-paid phone?

Some carriers have different policies. We advise you to contact your mobile carrier to check whether Premium text services are made available to prepaid customers.
